卜亚杰，男，1994年2月出生，江苏南京人，讲师。2022年毕业于东北大学安全科学与工程专业，获工学博士学位。

目前以第一/通讯作者在Journal of Hazardous Materials，Process Safety and Environmental Protection，Powder Technology等本领域学术期刊发表SCI论文10篇，授权国家发明专利1项。担任Journal of Loss Prevention in the Process Industries，Defence Technology等国际期刊审稿人。

研究方向：粉尘爆炸理论与防治技术
